Sorry for the delayed episode, I was sick through yesterday and am catching up. I just wanted to let you guys know I didn't forget about you and briefly talk about staying on track when life gets in the way. It would have been very easy for me to eat junk food and justify it saying I was sick. Instead, I was conscious about my choice and managed to lose weight while being stuck in bed not able to work out.
